How does it work?
The three-position selector on the BruGo™'s lid allows you complete control over how you enjoy your beverage.
Simply twist the 3-position dial drink mode selector:
LOCK: Completely Sealed & Spill Proof.
TIP & COOL: Opens the cooling chamber (hot beverage is tipped in and cooled to be drunk immediately).
SIP: Bypasses the cooling chamber to be used like a regular travel mug.
Innovative Temperature Control Chamber
The best temperature for brewing coffee is a scalding 96°C, while the best for drinking coffee is a comfortably hot 66ºC - 76°C.
The BruGo™ travel mug features a main interior chamber that holds your freshly brewed beverage.
The secret to enjoying your hot beverage lies within the upper Temperature Control Chamber.
This chamber allows about one sip of your tea or coffee to enter with a quick tip of the wrist. The liquid then rapidly cools to the perfect drinking temperature within a matter of seconds.
Thus, allowing you to immediately drink a freshly poured tea or coffee.
The thermodynamic science behind the BruGo™ travel mug gives you the power to instantly enjoy the most vibrant flavours of tea & coffee. And because you only cool each sip, the remaining beverage stays hotter and more aromatic.

How can I make sure I am using the mug correctly?
Here are some quick tips that will help you get the most out of your BruGo™ mug:
IMPORTANT: Tighten the lid until the small hash marks on the front of the mug and the lid are aligned.
Choose a setting by turning dial to "Lock", "Tip and Cool" or "Sip". (Dial may feel tight. After 30 seconds, the beverage will warm the mechanism and it will turn easily).
After setting the dial on the lid to "Tip & Cool" mode - tip the mug directly away from you and gently swish your beverage from side to side for about 2 seconds at about a 45-degree angle. This swishing motion will prepare one sip of beverage in the cooling chamber.
The "Tip & Cool" setting is designed to work best when the mug is completely full.
Once the mug is 3⁄4 or less full, use the "Sip" setting.
By this time, the main beverage should have reached a palatable temperature. And since you are only cooling each sip and not the entire drink, the remaining liquid stays hotter for longer - resulting in maximum time in the PTZ.
Additionally, the three-position selector has a "Sip" mode that allows you to bypass the Temperature Control Chamber and drink your beverage directly just like a traditional mug as well as a "Lock" position to keep the mug from spilling during travel.
The spill-resistant BruGo™ travel mug is great for both hot and cold drinks
It features a 450ml (16 fl. oz) capacity, ergonomic grip, rubberised non-slip bottom, double wall insulation, and a stainless steel and chrome finish.

How long does BruGo™ keep drinks hot for?
We would like to highlight that BruGo™ is not marketed as a mug or flask that is designed to keep drinks hot over a prolonged period of time, like a thermal insulated flask would. The BruGo™ is designed and marketed to be your go-to travel mug when you need that tea or coffee quick fix.
It all depends on how hot the drink was to start with.
It will keep tea hotter than coffee as coffee is brewed at a cooler temperature to start with… it will also keep black tea or coffee hotter than white.
The mug is designed to let the heat out slowly so the beverage can be consumed sooner rather than later. Through our testing, you can expect a range between 45-90 mins depending on your beverage of choice.
Is the BruGo™ mug leak proof?
Yes! The BruGo™ mug is leak proof however only the liquid in the main chamber is protected from leaks and spills.
So, when you use the lock setting, you will need to first drink or pour out any liquid that may have already entered the cooling chamber.
Once you do this, your beverage will be safe from accidental spills and spatters.
Is the BruGo™ mug dishwasher safe?
We recommend that you hand-wash your BruGo™ mug. If you must clean it in the dishwasher, always use the top shelf. Please note that using a dishwasher can deplete the lifespan of components such as the seals which make the BruGo™ leaf-proof.
