Finerfilters Slim Design Inline Shower Filter in Chrome

Slimline design makes it easy to install – especially on shower units where space may be a problem. It just screws directly onto your shower, between the shower unit and the shower hose, compatible with standard shower fittings.

PTFE tape and O-Rings are supplied to prevent any leaks.

3000 Gallons / 6 Months Filter Life - dependent on local water quality. This filter CAN be refilled and replaced. Look for the Finerfilters Slim Shower Filter Replacement Cartridge in the Shower Filters section on our site.

Minimum pressure requirement - 1BAR / 15PSI

This cartridge contains 8 stages:

1. Stainless steel mesh - blocks large suspended solids.

2. PP cotton - filters rust & sediment.

3. Activated carbon - adsorbs free chlorine from the water.

4. KDF 55 - removes heavy metals through a redox reaction which binds them to it.

5. Calcium sulfite - more efficiently removes chlorine at higher temperatures.

6. Activated carbon - adsorbs free chlorine from the water.

7. Ceramic balls - remineralises & ionises the water.

8. PP cotton - filters any remaining large particles without removing minerals.

Finerfilters Slim Design Inline Shower Filter in Chrome

When you take a hot shower, chlorine in the untreated water can cause dry skin, dry hair or exaggerate pre-existing skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.

The Finerfilters Slimline shower filter reduces levels of chlorine, heavy metals, and helps to reduce scale and bacterial build up.

Carbon & KDF filter media. KDF removes up to 10x more chlorine than carbon alone and is still effective in hot water.

KDF is very effective at removing heavy metals and is bacteriostatic, meaning bacteria won’t grow on the media
