Filter Specifications

PP Sediment Pre-Filter

Removes impurities in water such as sand, dirt, rust, silt, and suspended solids down to 5 Micron in order to protect the RO membrane.

T33 Activated Carbon Post-Filter

Removes any residual impurities and "polishes" the water.

DI Resin (180g bag)

The deionising resin will attract any charged ions left in the water after it has passed through the Reverse Osmosis membrane, ensuring that you achieve a TDS reading of 0 required for most aquarium water top-ups. The resin we supply with this pack is Tulsion MB115 Mixed Bed DI Resin.

RO Membrane

The semi-permeable membrane removes impurities in water down to 0.0001 Micron including (but not limited to); bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, hormones, PFAs, etc.

Please Note: Membrane performance is dictated by several variables, most importantly are; incoming water TDS levels, pressure, and temperature. The statistics stated above are based on test conditions which are;

Concentration of Solution (NaCl) = 250ppm

Water Pressure = 60 psi / 0.41MPa / 4.14 Bar

Temperature = 25°C

The membrane elements must be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 45°C

excellent product

Been using these for my RODI system at home for my saltwater aquarium. Always get tap water down to 0ppm. After getting the initial system setup swapping out the replacements is nice and easy. Just never let the little black rubber o-rings fall out. Top tip.

Perfect product, easy to replace.

It was easy to replace the filters, just be sure you dyop the water, have a large bowl and a towel and you won't spill any water. Beside that, I've opened the old filters to see who bad is my water, it wasn't even fully used, so it does go the extra mile to filter the water for you.

My review is for the 4 Stage Compact RO Replacement Water Filters & 180g DI Resin. This is my first time replacing the filters as the ones that came with the unit lasted so long. Perfect for Homebrew

I use these filters to give me a 'clean slate' for brewing water, allowing me to build up a water profile to suit the flavour I'm after in my beer. Easy to use and they work great with no water related off-flavours in my finished beer!

My mistake.

I cannot praise this company enough. Stupidly I bought the incorrect replacements for my system. I called FF and spoke with a lovely young lady, who was kind and very helpful. Correct filters are on the way, I could not be .happier. Thank you FF
