Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: 23 June 2026

Finerfilters Limited is committed to acting ethically, conducting business responsibly, and taking steps to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business activities and supply chains.

We believe that all workers should be treated with dignity and respect and that forced labour, servitude, human trafficking and exploitative working practices have no place in our business.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to:

  • acting with integrity in our business dealings;
  • treating people fairly and with respect;
  • complying with applicable employment and business laws;
  • taking a responsible approach to the suppliers and partners we work with; and
  • raising awareness of the importance of preventing modern slavery and unethical labour practices.

2. Our business and supply chain approach

We recognise that modern slavery risks can arise in different parts of a business and its supply chain.

We therefore aim to take a responsible approach when selecting suppliers, maintaining commercial relationships, and reviewing the way goods and services are sourced.

3. Supplier expectations

We expect suppliers and business partners to operate lawfully, act ethically and take appropriate steps within their own organisations and supply chains to help prevent:

  • modern slavery;
  • human trafficking;
  • forced or compulsory labour;
  • servitude; and
  • exploitative or abusive labour practices.

Where concerns arise, we may review the relationship and consider what action is appropriate in the circumstances.

4. Employment standards

We are committed to maintaining fair and lawful working practices within our own business.

We expect employment practices to reflect applicable legal standards, including those relating to:

  • lawful pay and working arrangements;
  • fair treatment of workers;
  • appropriate working conditions; and
  • protection from coercion, abuse or exploitation.

5. Due diligence and review

We aim to keep our business practices under review and to consider modern slavery risks as part of our wider approach to responsible business conduct.

This may include reviewing supplier relationships, raising issues where concerns are identified, and considering whether further checks, assurances or actions are appropriate.

6. Reporting concerns

If concerns are identified relating to unethical conduct, forced labour, exploitation or other serious labour issues, we expect these concerns to be raised internally so they can be considered and addressed appropriately.

7. Ongoing commitment

We recognise that helping to prevent modern slavery requires ongoing attention and review.

Finerfilters Limited will continue to support responsible business practices and to take modern slavery considerations seriously in the way it operates and works with others.
