solid and reliable product

I’ve been using it for about a year now and I’m very satisfied. The water pressure is actually quite good and it works great with hard water - I checked it with water testers and the results are excellent. It does make some noise, but honestly it’s maybe a bit louder than a typical microwave or other kitchen appliances. It fits perfectly under the sink and also looks modern enough to be placed anywhere visible. Installation was simple and everything has been working flawlessly so far. Not the cheapest purchase, but definitely worth recommending.

Nice bit of kit but a bit noisy

We bought this to replace our old RO 7 stage system which had a storage tank which we’d had for around 5 years.Really easy to plumb in and get working. I was a bit surprised how noisy this system is compared to the old system, but have managed to more or less resolve this issue with a noise dampening matt. Flow rate is night and day compared with old system, and it is pretty much limitless too, which is great. I’m looking forward to pain free filter changes in the future too. The old system was a nightmare when it came to changing filters

Excellent product

Very much satisfied with it. It looks good . The tap with digital display and the screen on the machine itself gives you all the information you need.

Replacement system

We have always had a reverse osmosis system in our house and we were looking to replace our old system and this is perfect, easier to replace the filters and taking up less space than our previous system
