Free Standard UK Mainland Delivery

Depending on the weight of your item we may ship your order via our standard UK Mainland delivery couriers, Royal Mail and DPD. International orders will be shipped by DPD or DHL unless otherwise stated during checkout. Standard delivery is free of charge at checkout within the UK Mainland.

Please note that all delivery times are best estimates and may be subject to change as due to postal strikes, seasonality, weather, and other non-specified factors.

All prices include VAT. For orders containing multiple items, you will be charged one fee based on the collective weight of your order, unless you specifically request specialist delivery arrangements.

Orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of despatch. However, if your order is not delivered within this time-frame, please leave 7 working days from the date you receive the despatch confirmation email, before contacting us.

About Highlands and Island Delivery

For Highlands and Islands orders we cannot offer the free shipping service for orders over 2kg.  These orders are sent by carrier (DPD/DHL), where the costs are higher for these locations. Once your order is received, we will contact you with the carriage price and send a payment link by e-mail for the amount. You can then pay the amount or request an order cancellation and refund. You can contact us prior to the order, where we can confirm this charge for you and send through a payment link.

 

Same Day Despatch

For same day despatch, please place your order before 15:00 weekdays only (excluding UK public holidays). 

How do I change my delivery address?

For security and fraud prevention the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been despatched, if an error has been made, please call 01704 807600 or LiveChat.

Delivery Information

Enjoy complimentary free Standard UK Mainland Delivery on your purchase. Depending on the item's weight, we will dispatch your order via our trusted Standard UK Mainland delivery couriers, Royal Mail or DPD.

At checkout, you will not be charged for standard delivery within mainland UK.

We utilize Royal Mail's Tracked 48 services, unless stated otherwise*.

Similarly, we use DPD's 2-day tracked service for our deliveries, unless stated otherwise*.

Please bear in mind that all stated delivery times are approximations and may vary due to public holidays, postal strikes, seasonal factors, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

*For orders dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, we anticipate delivery within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. If your order hasn't arrived within this time frame, we kindly ask that you wait 7-10 working days from the date you received your dispatch confirmation email before contacting our support team.

Highlands and Island Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer Free Standard UK Delivery for small parcels under 2kg, dispatched to Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands, via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Regrettably, we are unable to extend our complimentary shipping for orders exceeding 2kg going to the Highlands or Islands. These orders will be dispatched via courier (DPD/DHL) and additional charges will apply for deliveries to specific postcodes (including, but not limited to; AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE). These additional charges will not be displayed at checkout, your order will be placed on hold and a member of our customer service team will reach out to you for confirmation.

International Delivery

International orders are primarily shipped by DPD or DHL, unless specified otherwise during the checkout process.

All listed prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). For orders containing multiple items, these will be consolidated into a single shipment, and you will be charged a single delivery fee based on the collective weight of your order. Please note that you may request special delivery arrangements if desired.

Overseas Orders - Important Information

At Finerfilters Ltd, we prioritize transparency and clarity for all our international customers. It's important to note that we are not registered with the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) programme. Consequently, you will not be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) at the time of your purchase when ordering from outside the UK.

However, this also means that as an overseas customer, you may be subject to import/customs fees upon the arrival of your order in your country. These charges are separate from our pricing and are not covered by Finerfilters Ltd. The import/customs fees are typically determined by the customs authority in your country, and their value can vary based on the type of product, its value, and the country’s specific regulations.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility as the customer to pay these additional charges. We advise you to check with your local customs office for more information on these fees and for an estimate of their cost before placing your order.
