we have ordered this product before and I normally place an order for 3 boxes which keeps us going in filters for a year, these are fantastic filters a lot better than the original Britta ones and at a great price, they were dispatched the same day as ordered and we got them the next day in the post

I have ordered from Finer Filters for a number of years, albeit small orders,mainly of the Logic type water jug filters. Their quality is super, and the price very low.
I find that when dealing with their company office, the staff are extremely pleasant and efficient whilst on the telephone. Its certainly nice to actually talk to a human rather than a machine I shall continue to use Finer Filters who I recommend.

I have been buying these filters for years now as a cheaper way to get same filtered water to stop limescale.

BRITA COMPATIBLE WATER FILTERS. I've been asked for a 2nd time to review this product. Unfortunately I still have one one original in use. However, I'm confident, having looked at the FINERFILTERS I received, that they will do the job.

Good price. Filter fits my universal jug. Like the pull ring for ease of removing.

We have been using the same water filters for a couple of years now and we are very happy with the product and the speed of delivery. Would recommend.

I can't fault the service, but unfortunately the cartridges did not fit my Brita water jug so I had to return them, minus one that I had used while discovering they didn't fit ! Luckily I still had all the packaging so re-packing was easy

This is my second order for Brita compatible water filters from Finerfilters. I have been really pleased with them, certainly comparable to Brita's own filters.

I just love using finerfilters, they make my water taste really fresh and clean, not like some others which are more expensive, even my earl grey tea is tasting much better, this is my second year ordering, I always get two packs to last a year. What a lovely saving

As stated previously. Usually order via telephone.The operators are pleasant,friendly and efficient. The prices are very very reasonable, On this occaision order via online, again excellent service. However due to postal strike package was a little delayed.[no fault of F.Filters]. Certainly rate this company.

Unfortunately you sent the wrong type of filter so we had to return it. The good thing about the transaction was the service we got when we notified the Company. The woman who dealt with us was apologetic and she sent the replacement right away.
