We needed this part urgently and it was no trouble for Finerfilters to arrange next day delivery so that our fitter could complete our installation.

I have been using the Water Gem system for approx 12 years and this is the first time I have had to change to the push fit straight connection.(The system was supplied when new with the L shaped connection.)
It works perfectly but if I had the choice I would still use the L shaped push fit as I think the straight fit puts added strain on the plastic tubing that feeds the filter.

This is great

We bought a filter as we live in a hard water area and wanted to enjoy a brew with no limescale! When it was fitted the valve leaked but we were sent a replacement very quickly and I'm happy with the product and service and will definitely use finerfilters again. No more scale in my tea!

I have had a water filter for years. When I needed to change it I purchased this model. I have just fitted the unit and it is really good and great value. When I opened the packet the two brackets were missing. I phoned up to report this and they were sent out straight away hence the excellent service.

this is a fantastic inexpensive item for filtering water for drinking in any area with strong smelling chlorinated or fluride water it takes out all the smell and is cristal clear every time and if we move i will definately buy a new one A+ product

I wanted a water filter, as I live in the South of France and sometime the water can be a bit rough to say the least.

I search my local merchants in town and the water filter and extra cartridges were so expensive.
