excellent customer service.

I have used the products before so I knew what I was getting with regards to the product. I want to compliment finer filters customer service for the help and advice, especially Antony for his patience and working out my issue.

I’ve had this filter for at least 10 years (I have changed the element at regular intervals). I wouldn’t want to be without it. The softened water is so much nicer to shower in.

Pentek is a well known brand, and this filter is a must intermediate step for under the sink water osmosis, it fits standard 10" housing.

Helps save a lot of money

The person who installed and from whom we bought our R/O system charges a LOT to replace even the cheapest filters, so we decided to look into doing it ourselves. My husband is pretty handy, and with some tutoring from Finerfilters, a seller we also originally found online, we were able to replace all of our filters except the membrane, which is still fine, for a very small investment. This filter is great, just like the one it replaces, and a very good value. Our service from this seller was great, too!
