This filter was dispatched quickly and was a good quality item. There were detailed instructions on the box and on a multi-language leaflet included with the filter. Super easy to install by just turning a quarter turn and removing old cartridge and then just replacing with new in the same way.

As Samsung have changed their filters the ones I kept ordering from them wouldn't work with my RFG23UERS fridge freezer. They fitted, but wouldn't lock in.

I found this compatible filter on the internet and not only does it work perfectly it's a lot cheaper than the Samsung original filters. I also got exceptional Customer Service from Finerfilters and speedy delivery so would recommend them. Will certainly use them again.

After trying three different filters from other companies, Finer Filters sent me this one and I fitted it today. So far so good and the filter was cheaper than the other ones I tried which didn't fit. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have a Samsung, "American Style" fridge-freezer with ice and drinking water dispenser. The system utilises a filter which needs changing every 6 months. Samsung and their distributors have proven unhelpful to obtain spares, as there's much confusion over the shape and need for adaptors for the fitting lugs. Finerfilters have "equivalents" at better prices - and the lugs DO fit WITHOUT an adaptor. Customer service was good on phone. Hence - good price; good value and seem high quality..... Just bought my third replacement filter....

My husband fitted this, at first we thought it was too large to go in but after a little push in it went, very pleased with it much better price than the originals, shall definately use again.
