The filter cartridge should be cleaned approximately every two weeks and left to dry completely. This is why it is recommended to have at least two filter cartridges to assure the safe and continuous use of your hot tub. If the cartridge is not allowed to dry completely or any cleaning residue is left on the cartridge, the hot tub will begin to produce a foam that can be irritable to skin.

Check the length, diameter, and both the top and bottom connectors of the filter cartridge - including size and thread type to ensure they are a match. If you are unsure, check the cartridges side by side before installing, as refunds and returns can not be accepted once the product has been installed (or installation attempted).
