Contacted them about this filter not working properly! Replied with two questions for me to answer! I did so they then sent me another two questions to answer! Surely you should be asked all the relevant questions? not play email tennis with you!!

I had already previously bought one of these membranes for a routine filter service but decided to buy another to replace the one that came with a 2nd membrane upgrade kit which I got from somewhere else a while ago. Turned out that the membrane supplied with the kit was unacceptably low quality and was allowing a significant amount ( around 24 ppm from a 200 ppm source ) of dissolved solids through to the DI resin. Moral of the story. Cheap membranes are a false economy. Stick with a known and trusted brand like Vontron from a known and trusted retailer like Finerfilters and you'll get consistently good results every time ;)
