Good Quality and customer service.

Ordered a new filter for our hot tub from FinerFilters after finding it available for a good price. when they had an issue with their delivery I promptly had an email informing me, and the filter arrived a little later, but still in the time frame I'd expected it in... Fits well and now cleaning the hot tub as it should!

good product the only issue was when I purchased I received a email stating that they would email when dispatched. I did not get this email therefore had to chase up

Finerfilters 03/09/18 - Thank you for your review, please accept my apology that an exact date was not confirmed for you. We do send e-mails to confirm delays, new delivery dates etc but these do sometimes end up in the Junk Folders instead of the Inbox of the recipients e-mail address.
