Efficient service from FinerFilters let down by poor FedEx courier service

No problem with ordering my problem, and (pleasantly) surprised that standard delivery was actually next day. However, the courier, FedEx, delivered to the wrong house/street despite me nominating a next-door neighbour as I knew I was going to be out on the scheduled delivery date. I was eventually reunited with my product a couplebof days later, with the shame-faced courier driver admitting his mistake. FedEx management contacted me promptly when I reported the issue, but were behind the curve ax management were still apologising for taking so long to investigate when in fact their courier driver had actually delivered my order.

Very pleased

I bought the 600GPD RO filter about a year ago. I’m very happy with it. We have higher fluoride in our water thanks to legislation and a higher amount of impurities thanks to lax legislation than on the continent. Consequently, I had visible skin complaints which after extensive troubleshooting I attributed to water as one of the contributing factors. These have cleared up now so I’m very pleased.
