I ordered two of my these which came quickly. Unfortunately they didn’t fit. While the details online and on the fllter were the same as the one I was replacing it would not instal. I spoke to the customer service person and she arranged for my return and refund. She advised using their own brand 1/3 of the price and fitted no problem.

Although a genuine Samsung accessory, this did not fit into the Samsung fridge it was designed for. Have gone for finerfilters own brand at less than half the cost.

Once again came up with good products and prices, what more would you want, Excellent.

Supplied as a spare with new Samsung fridge, and when replacement time came it wouldn't fit! same model as original but it wouldn't lock into place. It is now in the bin and replaced with a MUCH cheaper pattern item that fitted a treat. I'll not be risking a Samsung brand filter again.

I purchase the original filters base on what information I have read as I am not sure wether the cheaper filters have all the same benefits.However they work ok could possibly be cheaper but you do pay for name but l am not dissatisfied just price reduces rating.

Great service, filters were expensive though only paid half the price last year but it appears this product has doubled generally in the last year, however the right product swift delivery would recommend this supplier.
