Stainless Steel Spigot with Water Level Sight Glass for Gravity Water Filter Systems

We bought a second one of these for a relative. Great quality and very useful.

It is good quality and well made, but I was disappointed by the flow of the tap which is slower than the metal taps l had which had no gage but a bigger flow.
The other issue is if there is not much water in the tank, the gage ball seems to black the flow of water once it sinks towards the tap, and the only way it doesn't do that is if the tank is kept full.

the guage is good, when you turn the tap on, the drain of water does affect the red ball in the sight but then goes back up when you've turned the tap off.
the tap isn't as good as the other steel tap in that when water comes out it tends to spray a bit everywhere so make sure you have funnel to catch the water... otherwise this is a great tap.
