STAGE 1 - Finerfilters 20" Jumbo Pleated Sediment Water Filter

The pleated design of the filter significantly increases the surface area available for filtration, leading to greater dirt-holding capacity.

A unique feature of the pleated sediment filter is its partial cleanability. You can wash off visible residue from the cartridge's exterior, effectively prolonging the filter's life.
This cleanability aspect adds to the filter's cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness, as it reduces waste and the need for constant replacements.
Each filter cartridge is individually wrapped, ensuring they are protected during transit and storage.
This maintains the integrity and effectiveness of the filters until they are ready for use.

STAGE 2 - Spun Polypropylene Sediment Water Filter

STAGE 3 - GAC/KDF Heavy Metal Removal Filter

Filter cartridge with activated coconut shell carbon and non-woven polypropylene material removes chlorine and organic compounds (KDF filtration). Ideal as a filter in HMA, whole house or reverse osmosis filtration.

KDF process media works to reduce or remove chlorine, iron, hydrogen sulphide, lead, mercury, calcium carbonate, magnesium, chromium, bacteria, algae and fungi. The media removes up to 98% of water-soluble cations (positively charged ions) of lead, mercury, copper, nickel, chromium and other dissolved metals. In most cases, more than 98% of chlorine is removed if operated within recommended flow rates.

Ensure the water is flushed through for 5 minutes to clear any loose particles and carbon fines. Do not use with water which is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality. Use in cold water applications only. Contains NSF Certified KDF and coconut-based granular activated carbon.

STAGE 4 - 55 Watt UV System to protect your property against Bacteria

The system is usually installed at the point of entry or after storage tanks and most commonly on private water supplies, but is also suitable for use on a mains water-fed domestic application, providing additional safety against e.coli, coliform bacteria and other harmful viruses and bacteria.

This system comes equipped with all parts and bulbs ready for installation.

We highly recommend that a pre-sediment filter system is installed, to ensure that the water going through the UV system does not contain suspended solids and sediments, which could mean not all the micro-organisms are sterilised by the UV light.
The sediment pre-filter is installed directly before this unit and depending on the level of sediment in the water, a single, double or even triple unit may be required.
A carbon block filter can also be added to remove Chlorine and other VOCs (volatile organic compounds).

This system can be installed vertically or horizontally.

Our UV systems are fitted with Philips branded bulbs, so quality is not compromised.

Lamp replacement is recommended every 9,000 hours of operation. After 9,000 hours, the lamp may still light, but the UV intensity will have diminished.
