Overseas Orders - Important Information

At Finerfilters Ltd, we prioritize transparency and clarity for all our international customers. It's important to note that we are not registered with the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) programme. Consequently, you will not be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) at the time of your purchase when ordering from outside the UK.

However, this also means that as an overseas customer, you may be subject to import/customs fees upon the arrival of your order in your country. These charges are separate from our pricing and are not covered by Finerfilters Ltd. The import/customs fees are typically determined by the customs authority in your country, and their value can vary based on the type of product, its value, and the country’s specific regulations.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility as the customer to pay these additional charges. Ordering Goods

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.

You will receive an order confirmation email on our website when you submit an order. You will then receive a second email from us advising of when your products have been shipped. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors.

Promotional codes enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts. These codes are non-transferable, so they may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used per their terms and conditions. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it.

If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we reserve the right to reject your order or process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit you obtained. Security

No card data is saved or visible to any staff member. At no point are your credit card details sent over using an unsecured connection. Although some customers may be eligible to receive remarketing messages based on their browsing activity, this is intended to help those customers find the products they want easier. To maintain quality water filtration in the home and workplace, we may send a reminder email to our customers at various intervals before and after their current product(s) lifespan expires. This is acceptable based on the purchase history between us (the company) and you (the consumer). If you receive any emails you are not interested in receiving, please click 'unsubscribe' or edit your marketing preferences. 

Processing your orders and payment

Whilst we intend to keep our website up-to-date and error-free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before accepting your order with the correct details. You may cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information.

Privacy Policy

Please make sure that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy which explains how we safeguard any data which you provide to us for us to fulfil your online order.

Warranty and Liability

Water Filter Systems sold by Finerfilters Limited are supplied with a 12-month's manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise. However, other brands/manufacturers may or may not offer different product warranties, which will be indicated on the product details page. All perishable items do not contain a warranty but, at our discretion, may accept a return/exchange; please enquire in writing.
