Overseas Orders - Important Information
At Finerfilters Ltd, we prioritize transparency and clarity for all our international customers. It's important to note that we are not registered with the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) programme. Consequently, you will not be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) at the time of your purchase when ordering from outside the UK.
However, this also means that as an overseas customer, you may be subject to import/customs fees upon the arrival of your order in your country. These charges are separate from our pricing and are not covered by Finerfilters Ltd. The import/customs fees are typically determined by the customs authority in your country, and their value can vary based on the type of product, its value, and the country’s specific regulations.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility as the customer to pay these additional charges. We advise you to check with your local customs office for more information on these fees and for an estimate of their cost before placing your order. This will help you understand the total cost of your purchase and avoid any unexpected charges.
We understand that dealing with customs can be a complex process, and we're here to assist you with any questions you might have regarding your international order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make your shopping experience with Finerfilters Ltd as smooth and transparent as possible.
