Great service, fast and efficient, no problems fitting replacements, done within 5minutes. Never any problems until six months renewal and then ditto, off to go again, fabulous.

This filter was very easy to install and will now mean I can drink scale-free water for another six months.

Fitted in a new kitchen for drinking water tap by fitter. Provided fresh tasting water. When i cam to fit a new one ordered here, the tubes were almost impossible to remove from the old and very tricky to insert in the new (took ages to remove tubes from old filter - hands, pliers, poking it out, really hard). The first I tried became damaged on removal then stuck in the new filter with an apparent slight leak. I am having to pay a plumber to come and sort it out - I hope they can show me how to fit the next one more easily!

This is a generic filter, which is an excellent price & just as effective as the manufacturers.

I haven't used them yet (bought as spares for when the time comes) but they are exceptional value when compared to Samsung. They do appear to be well made and delivery was on time. I am sure the filtration performance will be equal to the original and the physical size is the same.

Have been using these filters on our Samsung fridge/freezer for several years now and they get changed every six months but I suspect could go longer as there is no disernible change to water taste but at the price, why push it.

I've been using these for a couple of years now. They are so much cheaper and easier to use than the manufacturer's in-unit model. Every six months, it takes just a few minutes to fit the new filter.

Had it on for a month and no sign of it being any better or any worse than the original Samsung filter. Top marks for price if this continues!

I have had genuine filters before but this compatible does exactly the same job, at a fraction of the cost. Great value for money and fantastic service from Finerfilters.

I ordered this to replace the one that had come already with my daewoo fridge. It arrived quickly but the instructions were not very clear, I'm not sure if they aren't tailored for a daewoo model but there was no mention on the instructions of how to loosen the valves/clips. In fairness, I sent an email and got a quick reply and Tracey gave a really comprehensive explanation but before this I did struggle (I'd managed to break the clips beforehand so installing was a little slower for me but that's my own fault and I'd know for next time!)

Bought this filter to replace a now obsolete B&Q one, does what it says and more, very helpful staff suggested a alternative which I bought 2 years worth, prompt delivery, straightforward fitting and a far better tasting water supply than my original B&Q filter, definitely use company again,
